Privacy Policy
VibeCut is a video editor for iOS and Android. This policy explains what the app does and doesn't do with data. The short version: your videos and projects never leave your device, we run no servers and have no accounts, and the only third party involved is Google, for advertising in the free version and for purchases.
What we don't collect
- Your videos, photos, audio, and projects are processed entirely on your device. Nothing you edit or export is ever uploaded to us or anyone else.
- Auto captions are transcribed on-device using your phone's speech recognition. Audio is not sent to us.
- We have no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics SDK of our own, and no servers that receive any data from the app.
Advertising (free version)
The free version shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads and prevent fraud, Google may collect device information such as advertising identifiers and ad-interaction data. We do not receive this data and do not use it to identify you or track you across other apps.

Going ad-free (subscription or one-time purchase) removes all advertising, and with it all AdMob data collection.
Your consent choices (EEA/UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, the app shows a consent form before any ads load. You can change your choice at any time via Privacy options inside the app's ad-free screen.
Purchases and subscriptions
All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or store your payment details. Subscription management and cancellation happen in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Data deletion
All app data lives on your device. Deleting the app deletes everything. There is nothing stored on our side to request or erase. For advertising data held by Google, use your Google privacy settings or your device's reset-advertising-ID option.
Children
VibeCut is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
